• 5-6 Kalamata olives

Tools you'll need

  1. Rinse your celery stalks and cut into 6-8 pieces for your “logs”. Dry and reserve.
  2. In a bowl, add your can of tuna (** remember: if you are using Safe Catch, do not drain) Use a fork to shred and separate the tuna and combine with the liquid in the can.
  3. Add your mayo + chopped onion + parsley + dill + lemon juice + garlic powder + salt. Mix well.
  4. Arrange your tuna salad evenly on the celery logs.
  5. Slice your kalamata olives and then cut each entire slice in half to create your “ants.”
  6. Stick them on your tuna logs and garnish with any fresh dill of your choice!
