Default EDD is 2 days away . .

I have to say, I'm doing ok. I am sad, but I haven't cried (at least not this week). I think the fact that I have gotten some of my "issues" resolved (ie: I'm oing again) helps. I'm just planning on staying as busy as possible this weekend. I have a few great books that I'm excited to read, and some fun activities planned with DH.

I'm expecting to be weepy at some point, and want to allow myself the opportunity to feel those emotions, and that sadness.

I am so hopeful that we caught the eggie this month. If so, we would have conceived on DH's birthday. . .which was my original EDD . . . so, that would be kinda cool. I'm 8 dpo right now. . .and even though I know it is silly to do so, I'm tempted to test on Sunday. . . how cool would it be if it were a bfp. . .right? But if not I'm afraid it would set me off.

Totally a stream-of-consciousness rambling. . . thanks to anyone who read the whole thing!

Good luck honey i know exactly how your feeling, we did the progesterone test on the 5th which one year ago we got our bfp, and we will be doing the beta test on the 12th which was the day i lost that baby. The hard one was this august loss, the dd would have been the day after my dads birthday was, i miss him so much and that would have been perfect, but all i can do is move on and try again. This one will stick for us, i just know it!!

I understand your concern and hopes and fears all bundled together. I'm terrified of Christmas, my EDD was 12/27. It's been 3 months today. I'm proud of myself for not counting the weeks anymore though. I think we test on the same day so...BFP! BFP!

I'm sorry...it's a hard journey. I'm sending lots of positive vibes your way, though. I hope this was it and you get that BFP next week.

I completely understand where you're coming from. I'm not looking forward to Dec. 2- that was our due date. All I know is that there will be lots of ice cream, movies and other time consuming activities occurring on that day.
