I went to the doctor today and these were the results they sent to my email:
CHORIONIC GONADOTROPIN TEST Component: HcG Intact Your Value: 2234 Standard Range: <5mIU/ml Is that good? My LMP was Sept. 30th. I go in for the second blood draw on Sat., so I could ask them then, but -you know me- Mrs. Paranoia. TIA |

Your number is great - Congrats mama! Yours is at 2234. If you do a search on HcG levels it will give you more detail.

That does look A-OK! The most important thing, though, is the relationship between the first and second number you get. Ideally, you'll see it double, though as long as it goes up 70%, you're li'l embryo is thriving!

*HUGE sigh* Thanks so much! I get my second blood draw tomorrow, so I'll be back with the results. Ya know, I wouldn't mind getting my blood drawn everyday if it allowed me to feel this kind of comfort.

Climb numbers, climb! It definitely is reassuring to see those positive signs early on to help your heart settle in to the good news a bit more. I hope you continue to get great news for the rest of this pregnancy!
