I used it last pregnancy and haven't a clue if it helped as I used a ton of promethezine(sp?). It supposingly doesn't have some MS "triggers". I wanted it for this pg but the pharmacy said it was discontinued I think. I didn't have the MS so didn't bother researching.

I couldn't keep down any of the regular pre-natals. I just swapped to kids vitamins (taking 2 instead of 1) and they didn't bother me at all. The gummy ones are REALLY good..they taste like a gummy bear

Thanks ladies. I am going to still ask about it in case.
I have severe M/S so I'm just trying to find anything that may help. |

You can take 100-150mg of B6 once a day to see if that helps with your m/s too.

I think that is what I took with my first. I still had 24/7 nausea for 4 months.

My doctors recommended taking my prenatal before bed. Apparently that helps!
