Hello again

Just wanted to peak in and say hi to old board buds, I haven't been here in a long time (busy with wild child, lol). Hope everyone is doing well!

We're ttc #2 now and I have to say I'm excited but TERRIFIED of miscarrying again (for those who don't know, I had 2 miscarriages in a row, one at 14 weeks and the other a blighted ovum, before my 19-month old was born). Anyone else in the same boat? Grrrrrrr

Hi Michelle!!!!

I'm in the same boat, so we can be terrified together. If you remember when we were in the 11/07 room together before your loss I had had 2 losses before. A blighted ovum and an early loss. Then I had my son in 11/07. We started TTC and about 5 months in I had a chemical pregnancy. Then 5 weeks ago I had a loss at 13 weeks (the baby had anencephaly and could not survive).

So, I'm petrified. I have a hard time deciding what is worse: never getting pregnant again, or having more losses. I really don't know. But the prospect is horrifying. I'm not letting it stop me though. I've got to try. Welcome back, and I hope you don't have to suffer any more losses.

OMG, Jen, I am so sorry for what you have gone through so far. It is friggen NOT FAIR, and I'm sad you had to go through more sheot, to say the least! You seem so strong and positive, you will get through this! I hope we both have healthy pregnancies the same month!
