Spam and Porn
Hey Ladies,
Well the spam and porn folks have figured out new ways to infiltrate our safe haven. It had gotten really bad before and new security settings helped wipe it out. Well it appears that they have advanced in their ways.
I have IT working on ways to block them out or at least reduce their prevalence. If you find or see any spam or porn, please PM the moderators. Thanks, Brad
You can also report the spam/post by clicking the little red triangle at the top of the reply box and that will alert us to where it is.

Thank you for the info... I know it sucks, but I think y'all are doing a great job trying to protect us... and I am SOOO happy to have learned about that little warning icon!! I never noticed it until Gina pointed it out the other day

ahh ok now i know
the last 2 times i have gone to this website i get this screen where it says i have a lot of viruses. it looks like the screen when you go to "my computer" it then makes it look like its scanning for viruses. i hurry up and close out and run my own virus scan and nothing? weird.

This is happening to me too. When i try to click on this website from my favorite bookmarks I get a window saying I have viruses and scanning for more.

I have been having the same thing. When I hit discussion forum it tells me there are harmful viruses on my computer and tries to scan. I hurry and close out but I have gotten this at least 3 or 4 times in the last week.

We thought we had found something, but since it is still happening we are still looking into it.
Please use your security software to scan and remove any viruses from your computer. Don't click on any popup ads.
It is being looked into currently-just to find out, has it happened in the last day or two?
