How long have you been TTC? We weren't really trying until February of 2009 so that we distanced our babies by at least two years but DH and I kindof slightly jumped the gun in December (had unprotected sex surrounding ovulation). We would like to avoid concieving in January so as not to risk close, conflicting B-days with our DD
How did you find out about APA? I came across it a month ago and revisited a few weeks ago and began to visit quite frequently to where I was here a couple times a day lol

My name is Jessica but most people call me Jess. My fiance and I just had the conversation about actually trying to conceive last night. Today we have decided that it's truly something we want to do and now is the perfect time to do it. If we can get pregnant, we can move closer to my parents' house and get an apartment there. I will be finishing an AA degree this semester and beginning a certification to be a vet. tech. afterwards. We're very excited that this is becoming a reality for us, we have been talking about having a kid one day, and the day has finally came

How did you find out about APA? I'd gone on here before but never actually made an account when I m/c back in Sept. I needed some support from someone other then my husband but I couldn't get myself to make an account. I saw the support you had foreachother but I was afraid that I wouldn't be accepted as you were. So I just read for awhile. Then I got tired of hearing about it so I stayed away for awhile. One day my friend came on here and signed up. She is so excited to be ttc that she went to almost every website out there and fell in love with this one. She reminded me of the support that you ladies shared with eachother so I decided to sign up.

How did you come up with your username? It's my nickname and the year I graduated high school. The year is also the same year that my husband and I got engaged.
How long have you been TTC? This is our second official month, but we started TTC back in July of 2008.
How did you find out about APA? I was a member of APA a few years ago when hubby and I were trying. We were unsuccessful at the time and took it as a sign that we weren't ready. Turns out that was right because less than a year later hubby lost his job.

How did you come up with your username? Long story: My cousin and I long ago had a conversation about how we are always afraid to pray for things that we *really* want (like a shiny red bicycle). Over the years it became shorthand for the things we want the most (e.g., my job is okay, but it's not my red bicycle).
How long have you been TTC? Next month (March 2009) will be my first cycle for TTC #2.

Anything else you'd like to add? I have been reading APA for the last 7 months and I am finally brave enough to join. This site has been a great source of support for me (and i have used all the advice I have learned...pre-seed, instead cups, etc). TTC has been such a stressful process! I just hope one day i will finally get the bfp I have been waiting for.
