About six months. Since June 2008. I had a miscarriage in October. Praying I don't have to go through another.

How did you come up with your username? It was a nickname I was given in high school and the toes part was added in college. I have no idea why. My friends are just weird.

Anything else you'd like to add? I'm 37. I was married October '07. It is a first (and only!) marriage for me and my DH, both. Finally saw a fertility specialist after 6 months of trying on our own. DH's "guys" are totally fine. It seems the problem lies with me. I had a polyp removed from my uterus and apparently my right tube is deformed--but the doc was able to get the dye through during surgery, so I guess technically it's functioning. Anyway, the problem seems to be that I may be headed into the peri-menopausal stage. My doc said that I was running out of time. I'm currently in my second cycle of Clomid. We will try one more cycle with clomid on our own. If that doesn't work, we try IUI in February.

I am SOOO HAPPY I found this website, you all seem so supportive! I am 36 (soon to be 37), recently married and TTC my first child. I do have two step children, who also want me to have a baby. The only issue I may have, is that I have a history of endometriosis (3 surgeries for) BUT the last time I was operated on, the dr said my ovaries looked ok. I plan on testing this week, so we will see!!! Thank you for doing this!! I will be post more often!

How did you come up with your username? Ha... actually, I've been using this name for years, it came from a Penthouse layout!
How long have you been TTC? Well, I joined in October, so probably a couple months before that.... been so sad that I had a false alarm that I took some time off from the site, and now want to come back and make some friends.
How did you find out about APA? Googled a question about positive indicators with negative hcg.... popped up.

I really like the message boards. Everyone is so supportive and it really helps to know that there are tons of other women who are going though the same things.
