What were your early pregnancy symptoms?

I tested positive on the 31st of January adn the week before i had a minor soar throat and headaches and the sniffles, but it lingered never broke out to the fullest VERY VERY MILD and then it just went away and then that weekend i had bad headaches and would eat and just feel full after 3 bites (So not me!) and it continued until the 31st - then i started thinking how i was waking up all night with the metalic taste and very thirsty! I also noticed over that weekend that my smell increased A LOT! And then that sunday i was laying down and had such sharp lower back pains and AF cramps by my ovaries which felt the same but had a little different feeling, so i went and got the FIRST RESPONSE 6 days before your missed period and took it just for fun and it was +!

I've only known for less than a week that I'm pregnant But I had nausea that could knock over a cow and my nipples were(are) sore.

with my son i had no idea and no symptoms..i found i was pg at 10 weeks in the er...this time about the time i should have gotten af i realized i had major cravings and if i didnt get what i wanted i litterally cried over it..that made me test.

Just found out I'm 4 weeks pregnant. (First post btw!) The only symptom I can really point out is an increase in very strange and vivid dreams every night. And now, my period hasn't shown up.

At 5 weeks I felt fine knew I was pregnant but felt fine, start of week six extremet fatigue, feel bloated, nauseas, amd yucky....... six more weeks of this to go yeah not

Just found out I'm pregnant today. I've had fatigue, extreme dizziness, sore boobs, headaches, and menstrual-like cramps. Oh, and really bad lower back pain. Other than that I feel okay so far. Praying I don't get morning sickness, blah.

Was checking every week or so because of irregular periods. The day after a negative test, my stomach bloated up suddenly on the way home from work which was very unusual. Then 2 days later I had 2 drops of brownish discharge and suddenly had a feeling I was pregnant. Went right home and took a test even though it was the afternoon... positive!

Now at 11 weeks still nauseated especially at night, and still cramping even though ultrasound was fine!

Thank you ladies for sharing your experiences! It's so nice to know you're not alone. When you're pregant for the first time, you take every symptom and put it under a microscope (atleast I do...which hopefully I'll mellow out as I go along)

I just found out I was pregnant. I think I'm probably 4 weeks a long. My biggest complaint right now is cramping(no bleeding) and extreme fatique. My boobs are a little sore.

A weird symptom that I have, is that I start feeling nauseous when I'm hungry. I don't consider that "morning sickness", because it ONLY happens when I'm hungry...needless to say, I'm eating all the time to avoid that feeling!

I just tested positive on Saturday. I'm still in shock...I'm so happy! My symptoms were brown discharge (i thought my period was coming early), very sore and enlarged breasts, and abdominal cramping. I'm happy to hear that I am not the only one with cramping/slight pain. I was starting to get worried. I go to my doctor next week...I'm so anxious! This is my first!!!!

I just got BFP today!! Symptoms were sore, hard nipples. I thought my cycle would come on any second I had cramps for about 4 days leading up to my missed period. I just kept feeling like it was coming but it never did. I took two tests today both positive. Second month off of NuvaRing. The hubby and I are ecstatic

I have questions about my lack of symptoms... although i'm not complaining there's no morning sickness!!!
My husband and I completed out third round of IVF and had a positive ultrasound showing twins! The u/s tech stated she saw two heartbeats (I was 5w3d) Currently, I am 7w5d. The breast tenderness I had has decreased since my estrogen doses have decreased. I had minimal gagging when brushing my teet... that's now gone. No cramps, but an occassional full feeling in my lower abdomen, and even vagina, are sometimes noticed. No bleeding...good sign! But I fear a missed miscarriage. (we suffered one in 2008) I have an ultrasound appt Friday a.m. But just wondering if what I am experiencing, or not experiencing, is within normal limits?!!!

My boobs hurt when I would run up and down the stairs. It is kind of hard not to run up and down then so many things have to go either up or down. Now I am holding my boobs in place before I even get to the stairs haha

I fluctuate between symptoms, and no symptoms at all--I feel like I spend the day turning in on myself trying to see if I'm doing OK (have a symp or two) or waiting for something awful (when I feel "normal")

Here are my symptoms over the past three weeks in order: Day after conception ~twingy leg crams in calf muscles and near ankle, lower back ached, smells extremely enhanced. The days that followed were light headed, super sentimental and mushy, forgetfull, loud noises hurt my ears, my ligiments felt like they were loosening. Now I have indigetion, constipation, and cramping. Grateful to be pregnant and accept it all. In fact all my symptoms have been comforting and affirmation that I still am. We lost in March to a chemical pregnancy in which I had almost all the same symptoms except constipation & indigestion. This is my first message board ever so please excuse the long response and no use of shorthand.

Symptoms for me started about 10 DPO. I was extremely irritable and emotional. My breasts were very sore and I noticed big blue veins running in the middle of them on 13 DPO. Pretty bad cramps from 10DPO on. Also been sleeping quite a bit too.

I had the worst periods ever. The only time I knew when they were coming was when I was on Birth Control. I was on it for 3 years and once I stopped it I still have the worst timings ever. 40 - 60 days between cycles.

I was due January 6th. Felt like I was getting the Flu at that time and never got my period. My chest was so sore so I thought my period was coming. Hot Flashes, Sore Boobs, Period like Cramps, No Appetite, and stuffy nose. Something told me to take a test after leaving work early one day. Found out January 8th at 10pm I was Pregnant.

I am 6 weeks and 2 days into this pg and only some sore (.)(.). It's been 15 years since I was pg,, I didn't have any morning sickness then and had a text book pregnancy,, I just hope this one goes as smooth.

I finally got a + pregnancy test after 8 months of trying! I did a whole lot of different things this cycle which I am thinking may have helped. Either that or I just got lucky.

I began taking the following herbs - Don Quai, Red Raspberry Leaf Tea and Vitex. I also cut out caffeine after O and dtd in the morning and afternoon rather than in the evening. I read somewhere that sperm are in better condition in the morning than the evening. I also started over the counter progesterone cream after O because I had been spotting in my LP since I started TTC in Sept 09'.

I had distinct pinching pains on 7DPO and then on 10DPO symptoms started appearing. When I tested on 13DPO the symptoms had intensified and I got a faint positive on an internet test strip.

1-5DPO headache, mild cramping and bloating

6-7DPO AF like cramping that was pretty intense, three pinching sensations in quick succession on 7DPO, bloating and gas, more headaches. I felt really awful on 7DPO, like AF was coming.

8-9DPO bloating, gas

10DPO sensitive nipples, headache, bloating, gas, fatigue

11DPO-12DPO sensitive nipples, increase breast size (slight), fatigue (yawning all day), hungry, headache on and off, slight nausea when hungry, thirsty, dizzy spells

13DPO BFP! Husband saw the line get darker. Same symptoms with some anxiety because I got pg!

14-18DPO same symptoms as before but had spotting on 14DPO (day AF should have arrived) and boobs are getting bigger and sorer and am very hungry with dizzy spells and night sweats.

I'm 5.5 weeks, and have a few symptoms. I guess I don't "feel" pregnant because I don't have m/s. I have sore boobs and (.)(.), some minor cramping in the morning (I think some of it is just gas, but I'm hyper-sensitive to everything now), my sense of smell is getting more sensitive, I'm always hungry, my "fat jeans" are getting tight, and I have an aversion to some of my favorite foods (thank God cheese is still on the o.k. list!). I'm glad I'm not the only one with this weird cramping. I didn't know what to think about it, but people mentioning it are farther along than I am, so it puts my mind at ease :-) Congrats to everyone!!
