Mad Max, great news! Go w/ those instincts and stay positive. All the happy hormones and chemicals in your body will probably help. Good luck!

Erin, glad the Lupron is being your friend! Yey! Also, I love seeing it on the ultrasound. Stick, stick, stick!!!

As for my update, today. We knew we had such a low low chance, but my hopes were still up. I was sad this morning, but I'm better now. This just means were closer to starting our 2nd attempt at IVF. Tomorrow I'll find out what the plan is. Most likely we're going to wait some time to get all the drugs out my system. As soon as I know, I'll let you know. I never thought I would be this excited to start lupron again, it treated me last time. Now I just can't wait for my shot to start again. Elle your positive attitude is contagious, thank you.

I wanted to shart this site with all of you- a lot of it I knew, but there was some good information:
    http://www.inciid.org/faq.php?cat=infertility101&id=1

Also, for those of you who have done injectables with IUI, what type and dosage did your REs start you on after moving away from Clomid. I think that may be my next step ( I don't need one), but I am worried about the cost.

    Good luck everyone!

OMG, Elle, as I was reading your ET posting, it reminded me so much of my ET. As you know, I too had 4 embies transferred. The doctor and nurse were so happy about how the transferred went that they gave me a pic of my embies transferred to my uterus, then the nurse went out to my fiance and told him the transfer went perfect. When I showed my mom the pic, she got goosebumps and told me my baby was coming. So reading your post gave me the same vibes. Elle, your going to be a mom soon. Just take the next 72 hours as easy as possible.

ajf, good luck with your upcoming FET, hope the time flies for you.

Madmax, positive attitude!!!! your time is coming.

RSC, beta day is around the corner.

Alma, update us on your ultrasound results today!!!!!!!

    erin, soon very soon girl!!!!!!!!!!

    Kristen, hang in there girl.

Songbird, thanks for giving us all support .

Max & Kristen, I am so glad to see you guys back here with aggressive plans! You girls give me hope.

RSC, hang in there... I'm sending loads of BFP vibes your way!

fia, I'm so sorry. But your attitude is amazing, and you're getting loads of prayers for a BFP on the second attempt.

After Clomid my doctor started me on Follistim 100, after a failed cycle she changed it to 200 of Follistim. I got pregnant with my twin boys on 100 though. Best of luck!

I just got back from my bloodwork. Hopefully I will get my BFP today. Best of luck everyone!

Sylvia, thank you so much! I'm a big believer in doing everything you can to help things along and then letting it go, knowing you did your best. I'm so sorry to hear that AF arrived, but it's great that you'll know right away what your plan is, so you can prepare mentally and physically. Go girl! The next one is it!

Frances, thank you, thank you, thank you for saying that!

malf, you're the sweetest! I've already cried happy tears a few times. I'm so emotional right now! I feel so hopeful and I never want this feeling to go away. I also hope you (and all our IVF sisters!) are feeling the same way because we all deserve this kind of happiness and hope!

    RSC, inching closer! YEY!

I'm  for everyone's s! Let's clear out of this room by 2009 to give some other women a chance!

I did 150 Follistim plus 75 menopur last month (BFN) and will be increasing dosage this cycle. It cost us about $2K for the drugs and then we bought an IUI plan thru the dr that included all U/S, B/W, beta... for $1500. It is expensive but less than IVF. Good Luck whatever you do- PS I like the INCIID site, too!

    Yay, Alma!!

Elle, are you going stir crazy yet?? I'm so happy for you! We are so close to being on the same schedule--when's your beta??

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!! When is Beta day?? and when can I start bugging you to POAS??? LMAO!
Robin, you made me laugh! My Beta is Monday--but my nurse called me yesterday and said "I don't want you POAS at all; it will be too early, you'll get a negative, then you'll cry!" So she wants me to wait until beta on Monday--I don't know if I can do it!
    Me: 38 DH: 30;
After 2 ectopics (and a ruptured tube) our IVF baby Benjamin Theodore was born on 6/1/09! We are an extended BF'ing, gentle parenting family

Alma, that's wonderful. One sticky bean is worth it all! Did your doc's office tell you to hydrate a lot, up your protein, and limit sugar/simple starches? Any other advice? Just curious what different docs suggest.

Frances, best of luck w/ your appt tomorrow. I don't think you can hear the heartbeat this early but you can probably see it flickering on the ultrasound. I hope everything goes great!!! And, yes, I'm taking it easy. Only get up for food and peeing a hundred times a day w/ all the extra fluids!

RSC, good luck on Monday! SOOOOOO CLOOOOOSE! Try not to POAS because if it's too early, you could get a false + from the HCG shot or a false - from testing too early! Of course, it's easy for me to say since I'm not in that position yet, so do whatever your instincts tell you. !!! MY beta is next Monday (a week after yours) so I still have a good ways to go. I keep telling myself, "Patience, grasshopper. Let those LOs cook." What an exciting time, huh?

Erin, how are you handling the injectibles? Everything OK?
