I hope you start to get some answers soon! And I hope you get to go home tomorrow. But I agree, it is better to be safe than sorry.

    Wow, I missed a lot.

I agree with you though on the meds causing a racing heart. I really dislike using Tristan's rescue inhaler because he describes it as his heart fluttering ( I don't have asthma so I have no clue ).

I'm so glad all the bases are being covered for you! It truly is better safe than sorry. I'm glad mocha is doing great with all this!

    Home sweet home !!!

My heart rate is still highish when walking around, but not enough to keep me so I was discharged this afternoon, yaay .

I had the hospital fax all of my records to my OB so he can decide who I should follow up with, if anyone. My primary dr in the hospital recommended a cardio follow up because I have a "mild-moderate triscupid regurgitation" that showed on the echo, but I'll let my OB decide. I'm going to call my pcp to see if she wants to see me or if she wants the OB to handle everything.

I'm feeling much much much better . I'm a little nervous about allergen exposure when the weather warms up again, but hopefully the new meds will be sufficient .

Ugh, the lovenox shots though...the first one stung a little, the second one hurt *a lot*, and the third one was practically painless. I have no idea what happened with that 2nd inj, but it is really swollen and painful (got it yesterday morning), but not red...must have hit a nerve or something, ouch!

I'll get caught up with everyone's posts the last few days a bit later...been reading and replying a little, but my brain is somewhat scrambled still, lol, crazy few days . Been thinking of you all though !!!

So glad you've been released and can go back home!!!

Dorcas, they automatically give prophylactic lovenox every day to their patients to prevent blood clots .
