    Default I need thoughts

This whole miscarriage is unlike any of my others. I miscarried 5/06/14 and passed my baby 5/07/14, early am. Since the 6th I have been in discomfort. As od now my bleeding is less, about a liner ever 2-3 hours but my pain is still coming in waves. If I forget a Motrin dose I feel it big time. Something new I have never experienced is this very sore/swollen and throbbing sensation around my genitalia. It's hard to discribe.... My vagina just hurts (more like a huge discomfort). I called after hours nurse advice and I'm waiting for a call back....I'm curious if anyone has had similar experience?

My miscarriage started at 10w3d from my ovulation date. Baby measured 9w4d.

I'm so sorry for your loss.

I haven't had that experience, but I am wondering if it is possible you have an infection?

I was thinking maybe too soon for that.... I was curious too. My temperature around 10am was 99.7, but now it is 97.5 (97.4 is my normal). It's just this very heavy throbbing feeling that I'm questioning..... Feels like my vag wants to fall off. I'm confused.

I miscarried at 12 weeks and after I had a mini labor experience (regular contractions about every ten minutes for two hours), the majority of the physical pain was over as far as I can recall. I also logged the whole thing on fertility friend and I started temping again on Day 4. I did not note any cramping after Day 2 when I passed most everything.

I would be concerned that maybe not everything is passing well or that something else was going on.

No experience but, my heart aches for you. If the nurse doesn't call back soon I would go to the ER and tell them you are worried of possible infection.

My 1st mc was at 9 weeks and I also had a mini labor like experience while passing the baby. For several days after, I would have pains while going to the bathroom (either one).

I do hope that the physical part is over for you soon. The emotional healing is a bit easier once that is done.

Thanks ladies.... I have been in better control of the discomforts by adding 500mg of Tylenol at the same dose time of 600 MG of Motrin. I'm not allowing for any lapse in timing. The physical discomforts really do make it so much more emotional

I just passed what looks like placental material..... Maybe just the material that surrounded my baby? I had break through cramping just prior and now I feel good so hopefully that was the last of what was causing all the discomfort.

I hope this is over for you, too! I did have regular bleeding for several days after and then spotting but all the physical pain was essentially over.

Yes, I charted with other m/c and 9-12 days of bleeding seems likely. Sucks, it's pretty much like being PP.

I haven't taken medication in over 6 hours so I'm hoping that part is over now.

    Hey Kelly.

I think I'm okay. Emotionally I'm getting through the day a lot better. I get sad at night but that's okay.
I keep having random cramping and pressure type feeling in my uterus. Yesterday I was very bloated. Motrin helped with the discomfort. I was thinking of going in to my OB today but I've just decided to wait until my 15th appointment.

My TSH level got emailed just now. Seems normal. I will post it in my update thread.

    Thyroid stimulating hormone.

Low TSH has relation to m/c because you do not supply enough to baby. My sil m/c 1x and it was related to low TSH.

Goodness.... I can't believe I'm still passing clots. After seeing what I just passed, I'm really wondering if I should have collected from the beginning so the tissue/fetus/placenta could be examined. I chose not to because I never receive answers from that.
