Hey ladies,

I know some of you in the board suffer from PCOS too. I thought that this article was really informative and offered some good options for natural supplements to take to help balance out hormones. I put two and two together from my first m/c too. My doc tested my fsh and lh levels a couple months ago, and I got the results back, and my lh levels were a lot higher then my fsh, like 3 times higher. This indicated why I'm not ovulating, and when doing my reading there was a statement about correlations between miscarriage and higher levels of lh. I think this may have been why I miscarried a couple of years ago. I am going to start taking the recommended supplements though to try and get stuff balanced out and hopefully DH and I can conceive on our own and have a sticky bean this next time. Just wanted to share.
