Typically implantation occurs 7-10 days after ovulation, so in the situation you describe, a fertilized egg wouldn't have had enough time to develop properly for implantation to occur. Since this is your first cycle post-miscarriage, there is no reason to believe this will be typical. Keep tracking your cycles and you can get a better sense of what your body is doing next time around, and if you notice things don't seem to be getting back to normal, you can bring it up with your doctor.
