Just cut apples up, take the middle out, add some sugar (or not since you might be worried about bs) and a cinnamon stick (or up to half a teaspoon of cinnamon - your taste) and boil in water for like 30-40 min. Drain and keep in fridge up to 1 week. Apples from it are very tasty too anD can be frozen.
