    Default Surgery today :/

    Was supposed to start thirty minutes ago. Still waiting :/ I will be getting a hysterectomy and possible removal of my right ovary.

    I hope that the surgery went well and that all of the craziness of your last few months will finally be over!

    Well surgery went good but I haven't been able to stop throwing up the past 12 hours

    Anesthesia also makes me throw up. They should be able to give you something right in your IV to help. I hope that you are feeling much better very soon.

    Can your Dr. give you Zofran (Ondansetron)? It works like magic, but is very expensive. Hope you feel better soon!

    Boo! A very common but unwelcome side effect or anethesia and narcotics. They should definitely give you something to help!

    Well I took a turn for the worse. Started bleeding internally and my blood level was 7 and its supposed to be 12. I had to get a blood transfusion, two bags. I'm in so much pain

    They don't know if I stopped yet. If I haven't I will be getting another surgery.

    This. although for me, it doesn't usually help. With my last surgery, anti-nausea meds aside, we just had to wait it out - about 48 hours before it got better. Good luck with the other stuff, though; sounds like this is a period in your life that needs to get behind you. I hope that everything improves.

    ****, having to get another blood transfusion my stomach is swollen so the dr salad he most likely has to go back in blood level was 8

    Oh my word Brandi ...for heaven's sake I sure hope this transfusion increases your counts !! I cannot believe how much you have been through ...I'm so very very sorry things are just not going as planned for you !!!

    Thinking of you and praying a second surgery is not needed...this is all just so crummy (((hugs)))!
