I am down 14 lbs as of yesterday since starting 3/23/13 and my step mom, counselors, friends have noticed. I am down to 162 I want to be 150 by the end of summer. Doctor recomends between 135-150 though I've 5'1'' she thinks less than 135 would too skinny since I've had two kids and have changed a lot since I was 18. My first goal is 150 though.
