I'm 40y.o and this is my first pregnancy. I'm at seven weeks and don't have my first ultrasound until next week. In the meantime I need to know a lot about diet and exercise before speaking with the doctor.
Is it okay for me to have mushrooms, cheese pizzas, buttermilk biscuits, Parmesan cheese, cheesecake, butter, vinegar or decaf tea? What will help with the nausea?
I've been taking my prenatal vitamins and folic acid but are there other supplements I need to be taking?
Is it normal to have a little spotting at seven weeks? It's not a lot, maybe a small smear every other day.
