I just took a FRER and it came back a faint positive. Two days ago it was a blaring positive with the test line way darker than the control line. Today it was as light as the test I took when my hcg was around 30. Idk what to do, do I call my RE even though I will be seeing him in the morning or should I just wait and hope its a faulty test? Dd anyone else have their hcg drop from a little above 1000 to around 30 in the matter of two days or does it take longer than that and maybe it's a bad test?

i took another test n it was just as light. bleeding a little bit but thats nothing new, been bleeding on n off the whole last month. i dont hold much hope for tomorrow morning n didnt bother calling RE. nothing can be done anyway, they will see me at 6am

Well it was actually Sunday morning that I took the dark positive test. So it's about 4 days. I will retest in the morning before the appt with RE. DH is kinda mad at me because I am already counting myself out and that I've lost the baby, he says it's up to the docs to decide but the line was way lighter on both tests I took today so I guess I have to protect my heart.

I agree, that would be an extremely fast drop! My hcg levels took 2-7wks to return to normal *after* I passed everything with each of my losses which were as early as 4.5wks and as late as 19wks.

still waiting for beta but its gone... there was no sac or anything. stopping progesterone and getting beta again monday. test this morning was a Bfn.

beta is 27.4 and progesterone was at 1.4.... thats it ladies

we will try again in june. we will have surgery to clear tube and ovarian drilling once levels are at 0.

I am so sorry Cait. I hope you and DH are blessed with a wonderful sticky bean in June. You will be truly wonderful parents. I do not know why tragedy strikes, but I do know there was nothing you did to deserve it in any way. You are a wonderful person and I really hope that you get the lovely baby you have been wanting for so long soon.
