Birth mom pregnant again

We found out yesterday that our dd's birth mom is pregnant again. She had a one night stand with a guy she knows. She's due Nov 15th. We're shocked. She just gave us dd in Oct and gave her other dd, who is only about 6 months old, to her dad. She wants us to adopt the new baby if the dad will agree. She sent him a message, but hasn't heard from him. I really hope it works out and we can. We want dd to have a sibling and were going to try to adopt down the road - this just sped things up! Kind of in shock here and trying not to get my hopes up too high!
