Kim, I am glad that AF showed! I will be following you this month! Best of luck with increased sperm counts! We are hoping for the same thing too! Is your DH on Fertilaid? My DH just started. It has proven success for increasing sperm counts.

no he isnt on anything they told us to hold off because there may be something underlying that needs to be taken care of. I will be watching yours as well and hope this is your month.
