A first name, at least.DS #2 will be Adam. Now on to middle names...
Anybody else have names picked out?
Yay! Very sweet! I think it goes well with your DS' name.
Our boy name is Caden and our girl name is Luci![]()
AWWW I like it! No names here... we can not remotely agree on anything. Hopefully we have a name picked out by June so that I can order the Kids' shirts.
I'm glad that you have a name! My DH won't talk about name until we know the sex....which should happen tomorrow! I love thinking about names.
I really like the name Kalani. Dh like the name too I just have to find out the meaning then maybe find a different way of spelling it!
Very nice name. That's my bil's name and he's an awesome guy.![]()
We are so stuck on a name. Both hubby and I have Gaelic-derived names, but they were also SUPER-popular when we kids. We want to have a Gaelic name, but not something people won't be able to figure out how to pronounce. Our concerns are bullying and future employment. Studies have shown difficult/challenging names are more quickly tossed in the trash can because they make the interviewer feel dumb. (Personally, that seems like more bullying.) But we also want something unusual enough that "Leroy" won't be one of 5 in his class with the same name. Ah well, we have 20 more weeks, right? lol
Good luck to everyone!
We don't have one yet. I think about names all the time but DH won't be ready for awhile. He's slow with baby stuff. I doubt we will have one before heading to the hospital. Adam is on my list though! It is DH's name so in case we want to do a jr. Probably call him AJ. Others on my list are Levi , Ryan, and Reid. I also like Emil (was introduced to it in the Peace Corps) but probably wouldn't ever use it as it isn't common. Our family has a rough time saying Gabrielle and I thought that was a name everyone knew.
Naming is so fun!
Kailani - heavenly royal one
I don't have a middle name yet.
If DH wasnt so stubborn this little girl would already have a name.We had a bunch on a list then this pregnancy they all went out the window. I am at a loss of what to come up with. lol
Love Adam for DS #2, Katie!
We are Amelia Christine for a girl, and Eoin (Owen) David for a boy! DH is from Ireland...and people have been really good with Eamon thus far. Plus, all of our kids are going to have to be such geniouses that people are recruiting THEM, not them struggling to find jobs, right?! (Trying to think positive...hee hee) Just by the names in DS's preschool class, I think people are more adventurous with boys names now more than ever....
No names here yet. Two out of my three kids got named at the hospital. We are team green so we need two names! We needed four for the twins and only managed to come up with one name before they were born. We have a really hard time with names.
My bil's name is Adam Phillip. I have a cousin named Adam who was born on leap day. I have no idea what his middle name is though. Jonathon maybe. I know I'm not in this due date room, or any due date room, but I love naming. It is fun. I like unusual names though. I tried giving my kids uncommon first names with traditional middle names in case they decide they don't like having an uncommon name. I obviously was inspired by movies and books.
