sounds like a ton of communication errors are going on and i would be getting stinky with everyone involved till i got matching answers from everyone.... how frustrating for you to have to deal with all this crap on top of all thats already gone on.

Most hospitals will require review of path (but you would want that anyways). Rosai dorfman has a characteristic look on slides (i am a pathologist!!).
