IUI ultrasound today

I went for my ultrasound today in anticipation of my IUI on Monday. The sonographer said it looked "very good," and that she was "excited for me." I had one on each side, one at 22 and one at 23. She said my lining was measuring 9, and was "triple layer" (whatever that means). Last month my follicles were 13 and 19, with my lining being 8.1. According to the sonographer, this doubles my chances from last month. However, me being the worrier I am about this stuff, I began to wonder if the follies are so big, they'll go before Monday morning. Am I over concerned about this?

If it makes you feel any better, I had a 24mm follie on Thursday that still hadn't gone on its own. I ended up getting a trigger shot at the RE's office.
