Could I be pregnant?!

I was on tri-sprintec for a year. This month I switched to Beyaz. I wasn't told that I have to use backup birth control. I was told it was effectively immediately, just to start beyaz when I would start a new pack of tri-sprintec. I have unprotected sex the day of my 4th Beyaz pill. Am I okay?!

I think you should be fine. Even if the pill wasn't immediately effective, you probably wouldn't of been fertile that early in your cycle.
