Laura...praying your appt goes well! My first RE visit was history, bloodwork (loooots of b/w), scheduling procedures (hysteroscopy), and discussing possible causes of RPL and their treatment options .

Dorcas...my temps were all over because of co-sleeping with a toddler who has sleep issues...makes for crazy looking pre-o temps for sure

Jen...bit of a dip there at 8dpo ...your chart sure looks promising !!! So excited for you!

Afm...2 more hours until my first femara dose !!

Thanks Kelly. I'd feel better about it if my temp hadn't started to drop the day before. Both of my previous implantation dips were obvious. Trying not to lose hope just yet...

Really praying Jen!! Your temps are still looking really good!

Afm...my Tsh doubled from March to October so I increased my dose which should have brought it down below 2.0 within 6wks but it was still 2.83 so I increased my dose again today. Really hoping to see some improvement in my energy levels . I feel achy, cold, dry, and sluggish the closer my Tsh gets to 3.0 and usually feel best when it's 0.5-1.5.

I had my 1st visit at the RE yesterday. They took 13 vials of blood and DH had 3. Having an SIS next Wednesday afternoon. Trying to convince DH to do the SA, but that's an uphill battle. ugh, men! Should have the blood results back by 12/4/13.

Thanks Kelly! I've been feeling fairly queasy all day but this has happened before this late in the cycle so I don't know what to think of it. Also really tired but DS has been waking 2-3 times in the last few nights crying (bad dreams) so who really knows if that means anything either...

    Fingers crossed for you Jen!

I'm starting clomid again tomorrow! Obviously I'm hoping to get pregnant again right away - but I am also trying to be realistic that it may not happen. At the very least I am hoping it will help to regulate my cycles as I've been having on and off bleeding since the m/c. Really really hoping to have some good Christmas news (to keep to myself and DH as I plan on telling no one until I feel absolutely ready and certain).

Jessiebee... for getting back in the game!!! We're cycle buddies (I'm on cd6...taking my last dose of femara and my first dose of the injectable med tomorrow) . Really praying we both get our sticky bfps this cycle so we can move on to a hh9m .

Guess who got their IUD out!! That would be me!! I am sooo excited!? Any ideas on how long to wait before starting TTC? I've heard some thoughts about waiting a while to let your uterine lining thicken up a bit??? Anyone with thoughts or experiences?

Yay for getting your IUD out

I don't have any personal advice but I'm thinking I would wait a cycle or 2 just to make sure everything is running normal again

If I did know any better I would be thinking I was pregnant. I've been nauseous since Thursday. I'm thinking I may have a touch of the stomach bug . At first I though it was my vitamins, but it's still around. Bleh!!!

Jen...saw your chart this morning, I'm so very very sorry . I was not expecting to see a temp drop and bfn from you at all...it looks kind of like a cp to me, just feeling so sad and frustrated for you . Thinking of you ♥

I think the RE did a beta but I can't remember. I'd have to go check the list of tests he did. DH and I are actively preventing this month and possibly next month. We'll see how the RE has us proceed.

This is the period that never ends, ugh (cd7 and still a med flow)! Af has definitely overstayed her welcome . I sure hope she's out the door by my u/s on Tuesday.

Thanks Kelly. I just don't understand why I cannot get PG. I know so many women on here with PCOS just needed a little Clomid or Femara to get their BFP, but for some reason, I just don't get pregnant easily. DH relented and gave me another cycle since we technically missed the IUI because I ovulated early. I'm also going to ask the RE to do metformin again even though I'm not insulin-resistant. I wasn't a fan of metformin before since I still didn't O on it and it made my hair thin out, but at this point if she thinks it will help with the Femara, I'm willing to do anything.

Kelly - ugh! I hate when AF hangs around way too long! We are cycle buddies! So exciting!

Jenn - prayers for you I hope hope hope adding metformin leads to your BFP!

Things are going good for me. 2 more days of clomid! I need to get back on track with temping tho... It's hard to get back into it lol

Why is it that when I don't want AF to come....she does....... and
When I want AF to come she doesn't?

This is the cycle that truly isn't gonna end......

    Heya girlies!

Kelly, sorry the eeeeeevil witch is still bothering you!

    It's been a while since I updated.

I still haven't had my knee surgery. Good news is that I've lost almost 40lbs WOOOOOOOO!

Oh and another good note, DH was actually in the area on the night of the 8th but unfortunately that would was like 5-6 days before O, so I still think I'm out of the running.

HOWEVER, since yesterday I've had a bit of pelvic uncomfortableness (if that's a word, GO ME, if not, it is now, so sayeth Ember). It kind of feels like a dull ache that's been varying in intensity, not really too painful or anything. Also when I say pelvic I genuinely mean PELVIC, like in the very center and almost like... Behind the front of my pelvic bone.. Weird.

I doubt that's a symptom of any sort but AF is due between the 26th and the 28th at the latest, so we'll see.

Ember !!! So great yo have you back !! Wow, 40lbs is awesome ...huge congrats !

I'm so sorry you haven't been able to have your surgery though...so crummy !! Does it look like it may happen in the near future?

Reeeeally hoping dh had super swimmers with spectacular survival skills this month !!!!!

Thankies ^__^! Nothing like your evil MIL telling you that you're going to break a chair that her husband sits in (who's 100lbs heavier than you) for motivation.

I'm hoping so too! I really hope that this weird pelvic ache is a good thing, and not something to see a doctor about lol.

Honestly I don't know, we might not even have this insurance come the beginning of next year as his boss isn't required to have it, and the cost of my deductible and 20% of the surgery makes it seem like a far off possibility.

This is my longest cycle to date.....41 days and AF doesn't seem to want to show up.....I truly expected her some time last week....so this is a never ending wait with no end in sight.......debating if I should call my RE to see if this is normal.....probably won't....just frustrated right now....
The longer this cycle takes...the less hope I have. I am to the point right now where I truly wonder if this is ever gonna work. I had a long discussion with my DH about all the crazy feelings I have been having....I still plan on continuing on with this cycle....but after that....I don't know if I can continue to do this constant waiting....2 years is not long compared to some, but I am just about ready to throw in the towel....I just have this nagging feeling that I will never be able to get pregnant. This nagging feeling that no matter what I do.....I will never have kids of my own....

I have my SIS today at 1:30pm. It's bittersweet b/c obviously I don't want there to be something wrong with me, but if they do find something maybe that will shed some light on the mc's.....

@ Lizzy, is there any chance you could be pregnant? If not, I would call your Dr. just to let him/her know how long your cycle has been and see what they think. I truly am sorry that your first IVF didn't work and hope to see a BFP for you very soon.

@Laura, good luck today. I sure hope you are able to get some answers today. Please keep us posted!!

Ember... really hoping the insurance comes through for you !

Lizzy, ugh ugh ugh...I cannot believe af has not shown for you yet ! That is just so frustrating !!! Hoping and praying she shows, like, *today*!!! Hang in there Lizzy, I'm sure you're absolutely stretched to the limit...thinking of you and praying this next cycle will bring you a hh9m so you never ever ever have to think about any of this again

Laura...thoughts and prayers to you today! I totally understand that feeling...not wanting anything to be wrong but wanting answers with solutions. It's that rock and a hard place thing !! *Stalking* for an update.

Afm...I have almost no cm . What little I have is ewcm but I usually have ridiculous amounts of it for several days prior to o. I'm likely going to trigger tomorrow...really hoping it picks up by then. My estrogen levels were good, I'm taking mucinex (which is working, lol, my nose is uber drippy ), I'm drinking looots of water, and we're using preseed so hopefully dh's swimmers won't be too impeded.

My opks are stark white. I had a +opk the day of trigger (cd14) when I was on just Femara. Just really hoping the timing of everything goes well. I'm actually looking forward to the 2ww !
