This last cycle I did gonal F injections 150 units for 10 days. My cycle started May 17th. On cd 14 of my cycle my u/s showed 2 mature follicles on the right at 22 and 24 and one on the left at 15. I did not trigger because I only have my left tube and my RE felt it would be a waste of the trigger. I temp and chart and FF says I od on cd 15.

A friend told me that because my cycle was interrupted and I didnt trigger that my body would just gear down and not ovulate, Is this true? I am seriously confused because FF has me at cd 33 and 18 dpo. In 4 years I have only had a couple cycles that went over 30 days but I also ovulated late in those cycles...

Advice? Help?

I don't know the answer but if you are 18 DPO and that late in your cycle I would take a test for sure! Good luck!

Even ovulating late you being 18 dpo is really long! Test and KUP!!

Thank you ladies... Im just super nervous... I dont wanna see a bfn but Ive never gone to 18 dpo either my m/c have always started bleeding by 14 dpo... but Ive been dealing with heartburn 24/7 for the last 3 days and I never have heartburn...

Thank you so much. I never thought this would be so difficult but after 4 years and 6 m/c Im just really test shy.... silly really cuz I test when I know its definitely a bfn by the temp drop I usually get and honestly I thought I had gotten in a few days ago but temp went back up the next day.

It looks like in your past charts by this point your temp has already gone way down. If it's still up tomorrow I would test.

Yea I always have a drastic temp drop when AF is approaching... I thought that was what was coming friday when it did that huge drop was surprised when it went back up and still no AF..... but Im starting to do some major cramping... but will see what the temp is in the morning and go from there.

I am sorta working around the same situation... My follies are on the wrong side and we jumped from IUI to IVF but if I hadn't then we wouldn't have triggered either but I would have O'd on my own, my RE office said anything over 17mm would end up popping on it's own once I stopped the Lupron, which I am figuring you are on due to the injections. Lupron stifles LH until it's stopped then LH surges a few days later. Good luck, 18dpo is a great sign!

I wasnt on lupron. I am doing gonal F which is FSH and LH (if Im not mistaken) combined....

I just think my chart could be either ovulation or annvolutory cycle since the temps arent very high.... I know there is a shift in temps but not a very sustained shift....
