Today's appointment

Went to the doctor he said everything looks great and we heard an saw a heartbeat!! He finally gave me a due date and it sounds like I found out WAY early because he said 10/8. I go back in two weeks to check on growth of the baby and my blood pressure.

I thought I was due September 22nd, at the latest September 26th. I'm going to stick around in here until the growth appointment on the 27th to see where I land. If it stays in October then I am a walking miracle because that date does not make sense for when we DTD.

I'm estimating due date as 10/10 and I go in tomorrow for an u/s so given your details, I'm hopeful we'll be hearing/seeing a heartbeat too. Yay! Congrats!

I'd go by what you know and your DTD dates, especially if you charted. I would think your dates would be more accurate than an U/S anyway. Besides, I don't want you to leave this room. LOL

Funny those dates are so different! Everlasting sperm? Lol. I have a slight disagreement with dates with my midwife too actually, but fortunately its only two days. (She says Sept 4, but I know it can't be earlier than Sept 6.) Babies come when theycome I guess.

We didn't hear/see the heartbeat today, but we did see TWO gestational sacs! OMG!! TWINS!

I will give you a bit of good hope. My u/s went as followed: at 6 weeks measured 6w, at 8w measured 7w6d, at 9w5d measured 8w4d, then at 13w1d measured 13 w1d. So the differences can be seen even by mine. I'm and here at 17w and still going strong. My dd though my OB is July 25th and though the MFM is July 29th, so it depends on who is doing the measuring and the baby because it can make a difference. I hope this relaxes ya some and Congrats on seeing the HB!
