    Default Dehydration

It's amazing how much this tiny baby is dehydrating me! If I don't drink continuously throughout the day I become so lethargic and my lips get chapped. I don't remember this happening with my daughter.

I'm having the same problem except that I don't FEEL thirsty. I've just been noticing that my skin is dry and I've been getting dizzy. I've been forcing myself to drink more today and it seems to be helping the dizziness. The weather here has been so erratic that I've just been feeling kind of lousy anyway.

So important to drink lots of water, but hard to keep it up...and it makes the bathroom trips even MORE!!!

I'm grateful for this thread. My energy levels have been sooo bad, and I think some of it was dehydration. Thanks for the reminder to drink up! (Not easy though, drinking makes me feel icky.)

Ali, DH, Søren (4/2011) and a little one due in September.

I think I am having the same problem! I am horrible about drinking enough water and have been extremely fatigued. I really need to drink more water!!
