    Default Get off the couch

That's what I keep telling myself, but it's not working. I don't feel as tired as I used to, but no real boost in energy. I really need to go to the store, but DS2 has a cough and I'd rather not take him out, plus it's raining and I hate dragging two kids to the grocery store in the rain. At least those are the excuses I am using to convince myself to stay home......but I really feel like I need to stop being so lazy and get up and do something!

It's hard! Yesterday I read a couple books to my 3 y/o after lunch and my eyes began to get really really heavy...I was reading things that weren't even on the page! Finally I told her, "Mama needs to close her eyes for 10 minutes," and put on a Disney book/cd for her to listen to. I felt completely devoid of energy!

My energy is just starting to return. Little by little. I still go to my car on my lunch hour, lay the seat back, put on headphones and watch Netflix on my phone. 3 weeks ago I did that and would always be asleep in 5 min!
After work, DD and I don't do much...and I feel bad, but I chose to be pregnant this time of year so by spring I'd be energetic again.

I never thought of it that way, but you're right, by springtime I should be feeling normal and have my energy again. I think part of what makes it tough right now is that the weather isn't nice, and I hate snow and the cold so I can't take the kids outside. I think the weather just adds to my mood and feeling of no energy.

I am the same way some days. On the weekends I am ok but during the week once I get home from work and cook dinner I just want to veg out on the couch. It is getting better but I am still pretty tired. I haven't been sleeping well lately.
