    Default pelvic pain explained

So I was doing some reading online and found this:

From 8 to 12 weeks of pregnancy, you may experience cramp-like pain that feels like your period is coming on. As long as there's no bleeding, it's probably just your uterus expanding. You're less likely to feel this in your first pregnancy than in subsequent pregnancies, Dr. Greenspan says.

I feel a good bit better and a bit annoyed at this little tid bit of information. I really don't remember this kind of pain with DS 4 years ago. It bothers me what seems like all the time except when I am asleep. The hip pain I chalked up ligaments, but the pelvic pain scared me. It is always short lived and a change in position of some gentle rubbing usually makes them go away. Just thought I would share this site and info with the rest of the Ladies in case anyone else was experiencing this right now. This is not abdominal pain but really low in my pelvis.

I was thinking the same thing this week. I'm feeling more cramping and sore stomach muscles this time around. my OB said the same thing.... just our body making room for baby.

Same thing with me my lower abdominal muscles are so sore and tender and they told me 'growing pains' so I pounced and got some cocoa butter lotion to stop the stretch marks from the beginning
