    Default zinc...

    I forgot to mention in my post that my cnm said to take a 15mg zinc supplement every day to help boost fertility and encourage my body to support a pregnancy. I had not heard that before and did some googling...apparently it's beneficial for both partners to take. I started taking it today.

    Anyway, just wanted to pass it along for consideration to all my ttc friends .

    My husband took zinc to help increase his sperm count and it definitely helped!
