    Default Fainting AGAIN....

I was at Walmart with my boys. I was only there for 10 min when I started to feel light headed again. So I purchased the cake pan and as I went to leave, And it hit me Again! This time there was a bench!

But I felt like I was going into Labor. I felt my stomach contracting and I felt like my baby was dropping! I was so scared. I had to call DH and have him take me to my doc again.

Low Blood Pressure! And the contracting was from the stress...

He is looking forward to my U/S tomorrow to make sure everything is ok and he said to rest and make sure I drink TONS of fluids.

Hope all is well with everyone else.

I am looking forward to the other U/S's tomorrow too! I am scared of mine. I am worried that there is something wrong with this baby from my fall.

Praying everything is okay and your u/s goes well !

I get low blood pressure and light headedness during pg too. I don't pass out but have come close a few times. Some things that help me are staying hydrated (I drink pedialyte actually), increasing salt intake, moderate exercise regularly, eating every 2hrs (something with protein and a complex carb), standing up slowly/not bending down too fast, avoid getting over-heated, getting enough sleep, chlorophyll, and making sure my iron intake is good.

It usually improves in my 3rd tri.

Hope you don't mind me popping in (((hugs)))...thinking of you!

Sounds like great advice to me!

In the am's I have to remind myself to get out of bed slowly...

Those babies are well cushioned in our tummies. I'm sure that LO is ok, but am sending you lots of love and prayers that tomorrow makes all your worries go away!

I thought of you Willow on Monday. I was at the store after work and all of sudden I got this horrible dizzy spell and bee lined it straight for the shelving. Thank goodness I didn't fall but man was it scary. It has started to happen a couple of other times this week especially when I first start walking outside in the cold (about 32 here in the early evening). Very scary. Like pp said lots of fluid and salt. Please let us know how everything went today.

Thank you everyone for the support and advise! It is helping me threw this a lot! I am really scared about today. I am worried that the baby is too small and when I fell something happened.

I appreciate the support so much! And I promise to update as soon as I get home the the u/s this evening!

You probably need to eat more often and eat more protein. I'm prone to fainting and low blood pressure and it gets way worse when I'm pregnant and not eating often enough. Sending you positive thoughts and hoping for a reassuring u/s. I fainted a lot when I was pregnant with my twins.

Take care momma. My baby is fine after a 40+ mph accident head on into a tree where the airbags deployed and she is perfectly fine . They are so well cushioned in there. Try to relax!
