    Default Feeling good

I don't want to jinx myself but I'm feeling great today. By 9:10am I had served breakfast, helped the kids pick up their toys (we didn't do it last night, I was slacking) vacuumed the living room and hallway, took the garbage out, and dusted and polished all the tables in the living room. I don't think I've done that much in one day let alone one morning so far this pregnancy I'm a little tired now but not like I have been in the past. Here's hoping this is the 2nd trimester energy kicking in!

Awesome!! I have noticed a little more energy each day so I am hoping it lasts too.

Oh, kidney stone...ouch!!! I went two weeks without going before I finally bought fleet products to help! I've been eating an apple everyday which also seems to be helping.

Oh girl it's torture. The constipation is killing me today what helped you other than apples? I need to eat one a day from now on for sure. I drink a gallon of water a day but little fiber

I eat an apple every day too & if I haven't gone in a couple of days I throw in a big glass of apple juice. Hope it works for you.

I eventually had to breakdown and buy Fleet suppositories. But check with your doc first. Mine told me absolute last resort. Othe than that, prunes and prune juice and yogurt. Yes, I had to force myself to drink a few oz of prune juice and that got things "gurgling".

Pear juice works better than apple juice and tastes better than prune juice. dS2 had some problems and the pedi recommended it. Gerber sells it with their other baby juices. It helped him a lot. You could try that if you aren't ready to try the prune juice.

I had to use pear juice with DS too. It worked wonderfully. I also like the Sunsweet Ones. They are prunes that are a little sweet & actually really good. I ate one every day with DD because the constipation was horrible & it eased it quite a bit.
