Your poor sweet baby boyI'm so glad that you guys are at the hospital and are being watched carefully. I went through something similar with DS#2 when he was 5 days old. He did the seizure thing and then would stop breathing. After a very long torturous 10 days in the hospital with every test under the sun, we were sent home with infant CPR instructions and the diagnosis of Silent Reflux. We were also sent home with a monitor that tracked his breathing and heart rhythms and he wore that until 6 months old. I had many many sleepless nights of that stupid alarm sounding, but boy am I glad we had it. Ds is now a very healthy 8 yr old with no lasting effects of the breathing and seizure episodes. I hope and pray that the Drs are able to figure out whats going on with your precious little man. So very stressful

I didn't see anything that looked like a siezure, looked like the startle reflex and a bit of a fuss? But I'm not sure what I'm looking for. I hope that you can get some answers. What are they doing for him now?
Hope you're hanging in there.
My chalk loving 2 1/2 y.o. boys!
I agree, he's adorable! For what it's worth, I didn't see anything even vaguely seizure-like there. I did see some reflux-looking behavior, especially in his facial expression and lip movements. I hope you get it figured out soon!
Poor sweet little boy, praying for him![]()
