Default My hands are killing me

Last night might have been the worst night of sleep to date. Mt hands kept falling asleep no matter what I did or how I laid in bed. When they are waking up I get this red hot pain that shoots from my elbow down to my middle two fingers. I can't even describe it other than hot. It's worse in my right hand. They still hurt this morning. This is going to be a long 33 days if this keeps up.....

My hands/arms keep falling asleep, too! It's so annoying!!!! It probably doesn't help that part of the night Liam ends up laying on one of my arms. But I haven't had anything as painful as what you are describing, so I hope this isn't something you have to keep dealing with. And everytime someone says the days we have left now, I'm just in shock, lol.

Could it possibly be carpal tunnel? My hands fall asleep frequently, but I don't have that pain.

Awww.. I am so sorry you are having such a hard time with your hands. I get a similar problem with my hips. Of course we have to lay on our sides now but after only a few minutes on either side my whole hip area goes numb and I get the needle pain in them. If I try to roll after sleeping a while it becomes really tough because of the pain in my hips. I have had it with each pregnancy though and I almost expected it. I wonder if sleeping with wrist guards might help? Like supporting the blood flow? Or if it is from the inside like carpel tunnel?

I agree on the carpal tunnel thing? I've never had a problem with my hands so can't offer much more than that.

Sorry you're having a rough time!
