Is this normal?

I'm having some weird cramping today. Kind of like AF cramps but much lighter, less painful and more uncomfortable. Also noticing a lot of white CM. No blood. Is this OK? I'll be 12 weeks this week.

Probably, but trust your instincts. If you're not sure, see a doc, they won't mind. I'm sure its ok though, probably growing pains. take care xxxx

Sounds like me a couple of weeks ago when I was severely constipated . Could that be an issue? But like MummytoShay said, Always trust your instincts. It's better to call the Dr. and feel silly later than the alternative. Your in my thoughts

Actually, I had a BM and laid down for about a half hour and I'm feeling much better now. Thanks for your replies
