I got a copy of my blood work from the midwife today. Everything looks good except my vitamin D levels were insufficient. The blood work had a note from the midwife saying we'd talk about it at my next appt (on the 12th).
Anyway I'm not super worried, but I googled vitamin D rich foods and came up with fish which I can't really eat right now and I don't eat ever in my non pregnant life, milk which disgusts me, and whole eggs where I don't like the yolk
I guess a supplement would be best in this situation but I'm going to wait until my appt before taking anything. I think a vacation to an island somewhere wouldn't hurt either haha
Anyone else need extra supplements right now?
