Default HELP!!! Very very sore butt! (TMI warning)

My butts are very very sore, it's almost like when you exercise too much, and you get sore achy muscles! I cannot sit without a cushion, and this means sitting on the pot is very painful!

The whole butt and the upper legs portion hurt soooo badly! Though I am able to stand and work, it's the sitting which is painful! Ay idea why? I did not really exercise much, just too much shopping and house work.

Sat in a warm tub for some time, nd that felt good, and yes, I am constipated badly, maybe I did try too hard yesterday

    Please ladies, ideas!

Ouch! Sorry you are going through this, I honestly do not know because I have not had this happen. My only thought is that it is due to the constipation. Have you tried some Metamucil? That is on our safe list to take and I used it a bit in the beginning when I was uber constipated, I believe the pain of constipation can spread so that could be what is causing it.

Hi.. popping in to say I got the same problem. I asked my midwife. She said it's due to the ligament stretching. Me too can't sit anywhere without a cushion. My midwife recommended me a maternity back support belt since I told her I walk at least 30 min to 1 hour after each big meal. The more you do the standing, walking, the more the pain will be. Cause the back and the hip is working double to support the growing belly. So, when i'm wearing the Maternity belt, it's kind of taking some pressure off by holding my belly. Hope this helps. And about the constipation.. I had that early in pregnancy for a few days. What helped that time was Prune. Not the prune juice. The whole dried prune itself. Eating them after meal helped me a lot. It has lots of fiber. Don't drink the juice. It's full of sugar which will work other way. Another thing u can try is Tamarind, the sour one. But if u have diabetes, then don't take it. cause tamarind has lots of natural sugar itself. My whole family is diabetic. So the doctor stopped me from taking any kind of store-bought juice. I used to drink a lot of water before pregnancy and now i just doubled it.. So.. so far no problem with constipation.. but in near future if I'm gonna have that, I'm totally gonna rely on prunes. Take care of urself.

I get it too but you said you were doing housework huh? Mine is usually if I bend at the waste when vacuuming, cleaning, scrubbing...instead of squatting. It pulls the glutes and my butt and legs get very sore.
