    Default So Proud of Myself

    Finals are over!

And I am so proud of myself. I went to the gym last night. My membership has been on hold for a year and I went last night to a Yoga class. I got up this morning so sore.... But the instructor is PG too! She is due 3.5 weeks after me. And I look soooooooooo much bigger than her! (But this is her 1st!)

I know, the little things that make us feel better!

    Now back to baking cookies!

Hope all is well with everyone else!

Yeah!!!! Great job! It is totally the little things. If I can drag myself to the gym it's a good day Going to go to Spin in 15 minutes. I ate way too much today and I don't go I will just feel that much more guilty.

Yeah! How great you did that! I led a yoga class for 6 other faculty at my school yesterday, and am happily a bit sore today too. It's a great feeling!!! We should keep posting as we exercise to stay motivated!!!

I agree about posting our exercise. I went out on Friday with my DH for a friends birthday didn't get home until 12:30 and still got up at 7:30 and did spin class. We were on the go all day too so I didn't get a nap but I got up and DH didn't. So glad I can't drink

I shoveled our whole driveway yesterday. I wasn't as vigorous as I would have been if not pregnant, so it took me longer, but for those of you that get more than a dusting of snow- it is serious physical exertion!!! We have easily 1.5-2 feet of snow right now, so it was good exercise! (DH yelled at me though that I shouldn't have done that much...hee hee)

DS marched through piles of snow pretending to be/drive a snow plow, which was very cute!
