    Default Quiet Baby Day

Baby is having another very quiet day. She has moved here and there but this totally freaks me out. I have a regular appt tomorrow morning but this is the 2nd time it has happened. What do you ladies do when the aliens are abnormally quiet?

I try ice cold water, juice, food, and then lay down and do kick counts. She's never not managed to meet the 10 kicks/an hour, but if she didn't, I wouldn't hesitate to go to the Women's Evaluation Unit in our hospital for an NST. I'm just too paranoid not to! I hate quiet days - they freak me out!

Drink cold water and lay on your side in a quiet room for an hour.. you'll probably feel her move more then Some days, I just have a quieter baby day but as long as I feel her a few times during the day, it doesn't worry me too much.

It's happened to me a couple of times, yesterday being one of them. I would do kick counts and if it concerns you, definitely call your OB. I haven't called yet because I can usually get 10 kicks an hour once I lay down and pay attention.

I'm finally laying down and feeling. I just ate and am drinking ice water. Hoping she gets to acting normal.
