This is an old pic...and I am not totally sure where they got it from, but the trio's Santa pic when they were 17 months old is getting some attention. Aelith sent me a msg that she ran across this article and wanted to let me know my kids were famous LOL. Thanks Momma!

Such a great picture, and that's so cool that they're on the front of the article! They are just adorable, even when upset.
(The former newspaper editor in me does wonder, though, how they could use a pic of your kids without your permission? When they took the pic at the mall, did you sign something that said the "Santa" or his company or whoever was in charge had permission to use the photos promotionally, or something? Just curious.)

I am not sure if I signed anything when we had the pics taken or not, I don't think so. The picture that they are using is actually a photo of the photo that I took...you can see the little white blob that the flash left when I took it, I didn't have access to my scanner at the time. I posted it to the FB page of that Santa Land at Macy's. That has to be where they got it...I don't think I gave any kind of permission but maybe by posting it there I did. Just goes to show you...only post what you are comfortable with making the front page, because one day it might LOL.

I'm sure there was some kind of implied consent when you uploaded to the website. I know that FB has permission to use anything you post on it, it may extend to others too.

I noticed the other pics have little copyright Facebook things in the corner. Great picture though, I remember seeing that one before.
