    Default Nursery

I'm so excited. The crib and dresser I ordered should be here on Friday. I can't wait to get started on the baby's room. Now we just need to pick out a paint that will go with the Jungle theme.

Anyone else have the nursery started yet?

We never used the "babies" room. So we only have a dresser for the babies clothes.

LOVE the jungle theme... Right now, I'm debating between doing the jungle, Cat in the Hat or a polka dot theme!

We don't know the gender so I need to keep to a 'gender neutral' theme - plus I'd use the decor again for baby #2 possibly in the future.......

So, I don't mean to hijack your thread....... but what does everything think of this:

I'm IN LOVE with polka dots....... I love unique, fun, colorful things!

But do you think this is too girly? Or would it work for both?

I like the polka dots. I have seen some that are more gender neutral. More greens and creams.

I like the uniqueness of the dot patterns, and all the colors together can be boy or girl but of course when pink is thrown into anything I automatically think "girl"

The furniture arrived on Friday. Woot. Now we just have to put it together, paint the room and get new blinds. Can't wait.

We're doing a frog theme. We got the furniture (crib and changing table) put together last night and I finished the window valances today. The frog print is one of the fabrics my mom and I picked out for the quilt she is making for the baby. I'm really happy with how they turned out!

Hubby worked all day on the nursery. He painted and put together all the furniture.
