    Default Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!! This year I am obviously so thankful to be pregnant and to be able to tell my parents and in laws today that they are expecting a grandchild (my parents first!) next year! I am also thankful for the 20 years I got to spend with my cousin Kevin before he passed away this year and I am thankful for the close bond me and all of my cousins share that have help heal our grieving hearts.

    What are you thankful for??

Happy thanksgiving! I am thankful to be pregnant as well. I wont be telling my family today. I am also thankful for my one amazing boy who is driving me nuts today running around in his superman cape yelling Super Kyle! I am thankful for having my daddy another year after battling cancer and winning last year. I am thankful for my amazing husband who keeps putting up with my mood swings and hormones.

Happy Thanksgiving ladies! I'm thankful for my APA due date room. Awwwwwww! This year I am most thankful for the little babies growing in my two SILs' bellies, one comes after a full-term stillbirth (unexplained) that devastated our family last year and one who comes after years and multiple miscarriages. Thankful that my family was able to spend the day together after safe travel.

Wow Mariel!! Your family is going to have a baby-filled 2013!! What a blessing! It seems as if 2012 was a hard year for many of us. I am so ready to move on to 2013!

So grateful for my family and zofran. I look at all I have in the way of family and love and little love notes and proud school papers I have taped ALL over my house etc and it really helps to put in perspective things like surprise babies when you're all tired out and unrelenting morning sickness. But most of all hearing so many hard stories or histories here makes me want to just quit whining and smile to know I have so many little people rooting for mommy and baby and that there are many much more heavy crosses to bear. So mostly I am grateful for perspective.

We had a fun time at the inlaws. Our family is vegetarian but no one from the other families knew how to carve a turkey so reaching back to my childhood learning of turkey carving training which my dad took very seriously, the morning sick vegetarian carved the turkey!!! It was actually a lot of fun with 13 (1/2) kids running around until I ate food, threw up, and went to lie down...sigh. I guess i provided the entertainment too . This is the second year in a row that we have lived near family for thanksgiving in our 14 yrs of marriage. It sure is nice being near family for a change.

Happy Thanksgiving to all! I am thankful for this pregnancy, thankful for my family, and thankful that I was able to take Friday off so we could all drive up and spend the long weekend with my inlaws. DS had a great time playing with his cousins and it was great to see family!

Hope you all had a great holiday too!
