    Sorry to hear... No Fun...

I have not had them before, but I have friends who have. They purchased the cream from the store. I have a great relationship with my doc and I would call him, just to be on the safe side.

    Hope you feel better soon!

I had some bleeding last week for a couple days when I poo'd. It didn't hurt and cleared up on its own. If it doesn't clear up & you can 'feel' it good or bad I'd definitely recommend talking to your doc about it.

Ginger, I have LOTS of problems with them. I even had an embolism (blood clot) taken out August 30th, the day after my birthday. It was pretty awful. I've had hemorrhoids since my early 20's. they are awful. After DS, the hems were so bad that it was worse than my stitches from the episiotomy. (Sorry, tmi) this pregnancy, I may ask them to take care of any hems while they are stitching me up this time (if need be) bc the doctor that performed my procedure in August mentioned that he often gets called into labor and delivery to help a post-delivery patient.

i wouldn't be freaked out, but I would mention it to your OB. Depending on the severity of it, they might be able to do something for you. In the meantime, get some tucks pads and stick them up there when you are just sitting around to alleviate the swelling.

good luck, I'm suffering with them too....let me know how it goes for you....
