I just wanted to let you ladies know that i just received a text from her. She is having contractions and on her way to the hospital.... Dear Lord, please be with Rachael and her precious babies. Keep them in her a little longer.
I will update as soon as I hear from her. Please say a prayer for her.

Just heard from Rachael. The contractions have not stopped, but her cervix has not changed anymore. They gave her the steroid shot for lung development, just in case. Let ya'll know when I hear more.

Update: Contractions are under control. She will be staying in the hospital until at least tomorrow, since her next steroid shot is due at 10pm tonight. She's ok. Just upset that she can't get home to finish up getting Cameron's birthday party ready. She's such a good mommy. Keep her and her baby boys in your prayers. Will update again later.

Actually I heard from her again. The Dr decided to give her the shot early and she's going home. She might already be there. I hope this is the only scare and those boys behave themselves.

Thanks ladies for all your thoughts. I got home a little over 12 hours ago and went right to bed. Saturday I was up until 3 am with a stomach bug with vomiting and diaherra and Sunday couldn't keep anything down. I started having contractions like 20 minutes apart and laid down for a couple hours to try and stop them, which didn't help cause I was so dehydrated and kept puking. On my drive to the hospital I started having them closer to every 10 minutes. I went in to a room in L&D and the machine was showing they they were more frequent, like 5 minutes but that I wasn't feeling them. Right now I am 50% effaced and a cm dialated, which hasn't changed since Saturday night. I'm on more bedrest now and was given then steroids to help the boys lungs develop just in case something else like this happens. Good news is that the doctor said this doesn't increase my chances for preterm labor any more than it was already. I am starting to physically feel better, other than fluids I hadn't had anything since Sunday until yesterday afternoon and got like 5 total hours of sleep between Saturday and Sunday between being sick and the nurses checking in hourly. I know there is a ton more that went on while I was there that I can't remember because I was overwhelmed and scared and I'm still pretty beat! I wound up driving myself to the hospital and back because James has the flu and the same stomach bug and I didn't want him getting sick. To his dismay I left my hospital bag and things at home, even though I packed weeks ago, because I didn't want to jinx myself! I will admit that it feel a little strange to be home still pregnant after leaving the hospital, I wound up contracting longer than my whole labor was with Cameron.

More good news is that we had a growth scan yesterday! Parker looked great, handsome as always. He is 2 pounds 11 ounces. Nathaniel was not cooperative as usual, we didn't really get to see much of him, just organs. Both babies are transverse, Nathaniel always has his head in one of my hips it seems and Parker is under my ribs. Explains why I am so uncomfortable! But I'm glad I am so uncomfortable, even more so after that experience!

Today I am having a laid back party for Cameron. My baby turns 6 today! I have a few decorations to put up, but I should be able to do it all sitting down. I'm so glad that I'm able to be here for this and that everything is looking good for the babies right now! I have another checkup next week and that starts my weekly appointments, ill have bi weekly growth scans and non stress tests as well as checkups. I also have my birth plan meeting tomorrow, as if I wasn't at the hospital enough the last couple days! Thanks again for all the thoughts and prayers. I really appreciated coming home and seeing them!
