You posted this morning in another thread that you are just about to ovulate. So I would say that if you haven't ovulated yet, then no, you are not pregnant.
You do seem to be describing pg symptoms, though. When is your period due?

i dont know when i was suppose to ovulate and my period was suppose to start on the first and i only had spotting
If your period was supposed to be on the first then you can take a home pregnancy test by now and know for sure.
