I have been taking a B6 each day, idk how much it has helped with the nausea. I have had it horrible along with awful heartburn so far the past 2 weeks or so. Also have not slept great and if I wake up in the middle of the night I am screwed because it is soooo hard to get back to sleep. I picked up some of the natural Unisom, it has B6, Calcium, and Melatonin. I have taken Melatonin before without issue and I feel like it would be safe to take, what do you ladies think?
