It checks for the level of protein in your urine, mainly for preeclampsia.
Augusta (38), Jeff (33),
and 3 rescued fur-babies Chancey the boxer mix(10), Tuck the malamute (2), and Jake the kitty who thinks he's a dog (1 year old!)
Have you had problems before with lots of protein? That's strange that you have had 3 already.. ask your doctor. No one likes to have chilled pee laying aroundOriginally Posted by mother of seven

i had preeclampsia with my pregnancy back in 2005 never had protein in my urine but they always ask me to do it. It is a pain in the butt

At least we can go more now! lol. I don't mind the peeing, it's the blood that bothers me!

blood test don't bother me i have to stick myself every night so whats one more needle

My mom has to do her blood check, I would not survive that, lol.
