    Default Bleeding early pregnancy

    According to a due date calendar I am 5.5 weeks pregnant. Which could be or I could be roughly 3 weeks pregnant because my husband and I had sex twice last month. Once in the beginning and once towards the end. Anyway I found out I was pregnant a little over a week ago. A few days later I started spotting brown blood. Nothing major but when I wipe it's brown. Happens a couple of times a day. I have had no real pain. It has now been 5 days and I am nervous. I went to the doctor yesterday and they took blood as well as an ultrasound. Didn't really see anything but he said I could possibly be not as far along as we think. I have to go back in a few days for more blood and then wait a few days to find results. I am so upset and am trying to remain positive. Has anyone else had this happen and did it result in bad or good. Please be honest and describe in details. Thanks in advance!!

    as long and its not red and flowing you should be fine i spot all the time doctor says no big thing

    I had spotting with both of my children and had blood work with my second child everything was normal.

    My best friend had spotting in the beginning, turned out to be a small blood clot and she is about 22 weeks pregggo with a baby girl!

    I meant to ask to all of the who bled, how much spotting and how long did it last. I'm still spotting and so worried. Sorry to be a pain. Thanks for any responses

    i have spotted on and off for days like a very light AF or lighter needing a pantie liner

    My friend actually passed a large AF like clot (she says, obviously I don't know what it looked like).

    I spotted (including bright red a couple times) throughout the first trimester. Very stressful. I had a normal and healthy pg after that and baby is healthy

    So no bad news today. My levels on Monday afternoon bloodwork showed 90's and then from Thursday morning showed 135. So going up but might be very early prego. I have an appointment and will repeat bloodwork again Monday.
    As I said I either got prego early or late as I only had sex twice last month. I hoping it's just spotting and I am only 2 weeks or so due to levels. Thanks again for all posts.

    put in the date and time and numbers of each draw and it will tell you if you numbers are doubling on time

    Doubling Time (Hours): 130.72

    Refer to the chart below for "normal" doubling times.

    thats a little long when do you go back in this is the first time i have ever done a Beta go to the TTC and some of the women might know more

    That's a really long doubling time. I hope everything works out for you. (by the way, pregnancy is dated by your last menstrual period, not by the date you had intercourse. When did your last period start?)

    Well according to the tracker I should be almost 6 weeks. However as I said I had sex twice last month bc I was gone for work. Once in the beginning and once in the end a few days or a week before my period. When I took a prego test on the Thursday I was supposed to get my period it came back negative which was the 20 th of September. However when I retook the test on the 23 td it came back positive. I feel I am not as far along. So according to that a few weeks.
    Maybe I am just being hopeful .
    Anyway that's kind of a bit more into the background. Dr said my levels coincide with 2-3 weeks.
